There is no way we would've been able to do all this without Kristina Bass. First of all, because of the great relationships that she has with other people in realty, she found our house before it ever went on the market and we got it under contract all the way back in October. She has walked us through negotiating sales prices (for buying & selling), negotiating requests for repairs (for buying & selling), and countless other things throughout the past months.
